Last night Kyle took me to dinner (Terra Mia, which I really liked. And recommend. The cookies n cream gelato especially!) and told me a secret. Our tax refund was actually DOUBLE what he had told me it was! We had been saving up for a nice camera, and I didn't expect to be able to buy it for a couple of months. It was such a great surprise. So we went home last night with this little beauty: a Nikon D3000 DSLR. I have been playing with it ever since and it is SO FUN. I don't understand anything but we're going to have a great time trying to figure it out.

Finally! They invented a camera you can toss in the air and still take nothing but good pictures (assuming you didn't know anything when you took those pics). I can't wait until you're pro.
Those are really good! I've had my Canon Rebel four months now and still can't take a decent picture.
