First we made filled cupcakes. We filled chocolate cupcakes with a marshmallow fluff mixture using my cupcake injector. The result was...heaven. It's like Hostess cupcakes but even better. TOTAL success. No pictures.
The most fun we had (and the cutest trick we learned) was making rosettes with some cute tips I got. We put them on mini cupcakes which were adorable and tasted really good.
We made a ton on Saturday for a party that night, and we had so much fun that today we made more to deliver to Celia.

Can give me some please?
Um yeah, we have to plan our hanging out ASAP. I'm thinking sometime in the next month. WE HAVE TO.
You provide the DVDs, I'll provide the cupcakes, and hopefully we'll throw some Costa Vida in the mix.
I love it! I'll totally come help you eat some or make more sometime!
They were so BEAUTIFUL! The frosting was gorgeous. We had a couple over for dinner and they loved them! It was so much fun to see you, Ashley, and Katy. I love you!
p.s. I agree with Julie.
p.p.s. I miss you, Julia!
Dang right there were no pictures of the marshmallow ones--I ate them all too quickly for the shutter to snap! Or whatever digital cameras do. ...okay well I'm regretting the whole photography allusion, but you get what I meant. ALSO: Mary's party next week is Shark themed and I have BIG PLANS for the cupcakes you're going to make for me for it! Eh? Eh?
I suspect I'll be gaining a few pounds as a result of this new baking craze.
Cute roses! I think if I stare at that picture long enough I might be able to make those roses myself. Although tonight I am making rolo cookies for the Stake roadshow workshops tomorrow!
The best part is I gained 3 pounds just by looking at them. I can't wait to try my first marshmallow cupcake someday in the future. Becca, I support future experimenting.
